We have invested heavily over the past 5 years in new technology, with the majority of our pipe work installations being below ground and buried it is crucial that the clients asset is protected.
To ensure quality and performance

Fully automatic welding machines utilised with weld record print out.
Traceability on all materials supplied/installed and equipment used.
Data logging of pressure tests with detailed report and analysis.
GPS mapping of buried pipelines and key components.
PAT testing and calibration of plant and equipment to UKAS accreditation.
CAD design drawings for fabrications and installations.
Blue Box Electro fusion Welding.
Coded welding with NDT testing on steel welds.
Flow and Pressure Testing of new and existing Gas or Water services.
